I am pleased to tell you that Tesco and Ting Hsin have today announced an agreement to extend their successful partnership, with Tesco increasing its share from 50% to 90%.我很高兴地告诉你们，Tesco和顶新今天宣布了一项加深双方业已成功的合作伙伴关系的协议。Tesco所持有的股份将由原50％增至90％。
Today’s announcement is a natural evolution of our partnership and we are pleased that Ting Hsin will continue to be a major shareholder. Ting Hsin is also a valued supplier of food products and we will still benefit from their unrivalled local knowledge as we grow the Hymall business together.

Over the past two years we have worked together in partnership with Ting Hsin, improving our offer to customers and making significant progress in our processes, systems and ways of working. By continuing to work together as a team we will grow a stronger business and carry on delivering for our customers.

Mr Wei will continue to serve on the Board as a non-executive director. The President and CEO roles will be combined and I will assume the new role of CEO

Membership of the Hymall board will change and the members are Philip Clarke, Michael Fleming, Paul Fearn and myself.

A few of the Hymall people will transfer back to Ting Hsin and these people are Joe Lin, Chris Tso, Frank Chen, Maurice Huang, Zhenyu Chen and Jirong Tang. Vincent Chen and May Zhan will leave on [June 30].

We have appointed two new regional Operations Directors, Kaven Ko for Shanghai and Jiangzhe regions and Douglas Cochrane for the North, North East and South. Regional Operations Officers will report directly to either Kaven or Doug.

These new roles have been introduced to improve our ability to focus on customers, compete and be profitable in each region that we operate in. Over the next few weeks Kaven and Doug will be working with both the National and Regional teams to determine the best ways of working to ensure that each of our stores has the right products, prices and promotions for their local customers.
