[原创]this is our welfare谈谈员工福利是这样被使用的 根据TESCO乐购员工福利标准规定,每人每季度均有80元的福利基金。 According to TESCO employee benefits standard, quarterly per person has 80RMB welfare fund. 但在我们门店,人资部从不将这一基金直接给到员工,只是来组织一年两次旅游(所谓的春游和秋游)。每次旅游标榜为160元(鬼知道是多少钱),这样就可以不用以现金的方式将福利给到员工了,仅仅是一种精神福利而已,而且从不关心我们同不同意去,永远只是一句“你们必须参加”。如果你不去,对不起,不光光是没有旅游,连福利基金也不会属于你。 But in our store, HR. never give the fund to employee directly, they organize two travels one year (spring outing and autumn outing, maybe will have a winter outing). Every outing is valued 160RMB (who know the truth), then they could not give the fund in cash, just a inspirit welfare, and don’t care us agree or disagree, say “you must attend” forever. If you don’t want outing with them, sorry, that means not only the inspirit welfare but also the 80RMB welfare fund both not belong to you.
我不知道“不光光是没有旅游,连福利基金也不会属于你”这种状况在乐购来说是不是合情合理?个人只是觉得比较气愤,“为什么不去旅游,属于我的员工福利也没有了?”可笑至极! I don’t know like this thing that “not only the inspirit welfare but also the 80RMB welfare fund both not belong to you” is reasonable or not for TESCO?
