华南真是这样吗??
尊敬的总裁:
我们是华南区第二层级的中层管理员,在TESCO乐购已经2年时间了,在这两年时间内,我们收益很多,也有许多事情让我们感到遗憾。
例举如下:
1、 由于华南区副总裁在学习大超市的管理中,所以70%的工作是授权给华南执行团队,如营运长,营运长曾在Carrefour做店长两年时间然后经猎头公司介绍来TESCO做营运长,营运长的下属大部分都是他以前的同事,工作方式偏离TESCO的管理要求。
2、 营运长---张骏经常违反公司诚信原则,他在加入TESCO之后就已注册公司,主要是做门店的部分生意,他首先经营门店的纸皮和清洁外包的生意,但受到虎门店黑势力的威胁被迫放弃了部分门店。另外华南区蔬果的供应商也是张骏和张旭峰(他俩是Carrefour原店长)在操控,谋取私利。水果供应商“华佳、宏辉”;蔬菜供应商“乐润、鹏伟、从化嘉禾”都是新更换供应商,也是原家乐福的供应商和他们的合作公司经营的,由于他们经营的品质差,又下令门店必须全部照单收货,所以造成全华南区蔬果新增加5-7%的直接亏损,另外由于品质差而失去顾客的信任。
3、 张骏指使龙城店在2009年下半年大盘前将部分商品藏匿起来,预留部分商品不参加盘点,龙城店将参加盘点商品藏到保养课的电房内,因为龙城店总是新上任也是张骏的自己人,所以造成2009年下半年龙城店大盘亏损51万多,他这样做的目的是让龙城店2010年5月大盘数据更好看,营运长经常就是这样保护他的自己人,就这样刻意违规来操控公司的数据。
4、 华南区经常出现我公司一些媒体的负面报导,鼓励中六店和圣地店防损与业主发生斗殴,因此造成公司防损组长和业主保安住院的严重治安事件。而以前TONY在华南时都是正面的媒体报导,而且受到政府的表扬。现在这方面做得糟糕。华南的团队主要工作重点是做秀给上级看。
5、 ROO经常侵占公司资源,自己将公司配给他的商务车开回湖南老家,几次撞坏,仅维修费花掉4万多元。
6、 2009年08月ROO与妻子一起巡圣地店,他妻子与熟食课长发生争执, ROO冲过来凶狠的指着熟食课长说:“你在干吗!你知道她是谁吗?”后来给与熟食课长最后书面警告处分。
7、 ROO工作不分主次,很多实际问题长期得不到及时解决,造成天佑店员工集体罢工,虎门店员工斗殴事件,部分主管被迫离职等。
8、 ROO在2010年6月区域大盘时与WIS外盘负责人协商好,并交代库存专员和防损:如果盘点数据不好,请外盘经理调整数据,直到数据好看为止,所以华南的门店库存永远是准确不了,建议对环市、虎门、厚街、常平店再做严格盘店审查。ROO这样做的目的就只为一个目的:升职。
这些事实,希望上海总部给予调查处理,如果得不到好的解决办法,我们将继续不断的写信到英国全球总裁和董事会。我们真心希望我们TESCO管理是先进的,管理团队是值得信任的!
9、 张骏招募大量的原下属进TESCO乐购,并把其他非嫡系的人清除公司。另外他表面在做OPTION的动作,实际每升迁一课长索要5000元,经理:10000元,店总:30000元以上,这就是华南升职的潜规则。
此信已寄给KEN和WINNIE,但没有任何反应,这也让我们质疑,这不是TESCO的文化!
