Position Title     : Warehouse HR Officer

职位：          仓库人力资源主任

Location:       Wu Han

工作地点：      武汉

Duties and Responsibilities:

工作职责：

1. Be responsible for HR General functions in Warehouse.

   负责仓库的人事事宜

2. To follow up and implement HR strategy of the Headquarters.

   执行总部的人事策略

3. To handle the staffing process for the area and achieve recruitment objectives effectively.

   根据招聘目标按照公司招聘流程及时完成招聘任务

4. To keep connection with related labor government to implement relevant policy in the area correctly.

   和当地劳动局保持良好沟通并严格执行当地相关政策

5. To handle the payroll/personal tax exercise / labor insurance / OT management, ensures that payments and reports are complied with government and company policy, disbursed timely and accurately.

   负责仓库的薪酬福利事宜

Qualifications:

要求：

1.  Bachelor Degree or above

    专科或以上学历

2.        Age from 26 to 35

年龄26-35岁

3.        Above 3 years relevant working experience. Familiar with Labor Law,local

government labor regulations,legal and company policy compliance.

    三年以上人事相关工作经验。熟悉劳动法和当地人事政策及相关法律法规

4.  Good computer skills, familiar with Excel, Word and PPT

    熟练使用Excel,Word and PPT.

5.  Good communication skills.

    良好的沟通能力

6.  Good team spirit and service sense.

良好的团队合作精神和服务意识
