Managing Shop Personnel: 店铺专员管理：

? Responsible for the selection, training and development of shop managers and shops’ staff.

? 负责商铺经理和店员的选择，培训和后期培养。

? Schedule appraisals for shop staff and set time scales for improvement when needed.

? 制定店员评估机制，必要时设立时间节点。

? Monitor standards of merchandising, housekeeping on the shop floor, customer service and product awareness in order to meet the company expectation.

? 监督产品销售，巡查店面，顾客服务和产品推广。

? Hold weekly meetings to update staff on status of performance, general company information and short term action plans.

? 每周组织晨会，更新店员的业绩，公司信息以及短期工作计划。

? A summary of these meetings to be forwarded to the Retail Department in London.

? 撰写会议记录，更新给伦敦零售部门。

? Discuss the exchange of info like windows themes, activities world wide happenings, figures etc with the shop staff there during the weekly meeting.

? 周会上要对展示主题、全球举办的活动以及数据等与员工进行沟通与交流。

Managing and controlling the shop Buying: 采购管理和控制

? Using the reports systems to analyse sell thru sales performance by shop, line and category on a weekly basis.

? 利用报告的形式对店铺、生产线和产品种类等每周的销售业绩进行分析；

? Co-ordinate and supervise the financial and periodic stock takes so that the stock management in each shop can be controlled in order to monitor stock loss and calculate profitability.

? 协调和监管财务以及库存量，便于每个店铺的库存管理，及时了解库存赢需情况，计算盈利率。

? Driving sales by analysing daily performance of each shop so that Store targets can be achieved.

? 每天对每家店铺的业绩进行分析，确保店铺的销售目标能够达成。

Territory Operations: 销售区域：

? Responsible for the staff training within the territory, which requires visiting regularly each one on a weekly basis.

? 负责店员的培训，包括每周定期巡查各个店铺。

Logistics: 后勤服务：

? Security conscious and takes action with the store managers to reduce stock loss.

? 安保意识，并与店长协作尽量减少库存损失。

? Work closely with each store manager to re-solve customer complaints in a satisfactory manner when they occur.

? 需与店长一起处理顾客投诉事件。

? Plan and get budget approval for all needs of the shops in relation to repairs, layout upkeep and maintenance of each building.

? 制定各个店面的预算，包括维修，陈设和店面维修保养等，并向总部提请批准。
