　　在麦格理与万达集团的委托管理合同期满后，双方协议分手。后者将陆续结束目前在南京、济南、哈尔滨、沈阳、天津、武汉、长沙、南宁、大连等地运营的9个万达广场的管理。

　　这九个购物中心将不再使用“万达广场”的品牌，并陆续更名为“悦荟广场”。同时，万达官方网站上已经没有这几个项目的介绍，而麦格理集团也于日前另聘管理公司进驻部分商场。

　　2天前，马新生以友谊股份董事长身份在公司2011年度业绩推介会上亮相，并透露将发展奥特莱斯、购物中心和百货三大业态。

　　他强调，今年将至少动用3亿元收购两家奥特莱斯股权，且未来会以控股、购地方式扩张该业态。待时机成熟，友谊股份将翻牌恢复“百联股份”名号。

　　看来，在吸纳合并完成百联股份后，友谊股份已成为百联百货商场产业关键整合平台。
